🛠️ Having trouble logging in? Try these steps.
If the website looks strange or you can’t log in, your browser is likely holding onto “old” data. Please try these quick fixes in order.
Step 1: The “Hard” Reload Sometimes your browser just needs a strong nudge to download the latest update.
Windows users: Hold down the
Ctrlkey and click the Refresh ⟳ button on your browser.Mac users: Hold down the
Shiftkey and click the Refresh ⟳ button.
Step 2: Try “Private” or “Incognito” Mode This opens a clean window with no saved history.
Open your browser menu (usually the three dots
...or lines≡in the top corner).Select “New Incognito Window” or “New Private Window.”
Try to log in there.
If it works here: You definitely need to do Step 3 below to fix your main browser.
Step 3: Clear your Browsing Data This is the most effective fix.
Press
Ctrl+Shift+Deleteon your keyboard (Mac:Cmd+Shift+Delete).A “Clear Data” box will pop up.
Change the time range to “All Time” or “Everything.”
Make sure “Cookies” and “Cached images” are checked.
Click Clear Data.
Close your browser completely and try again.
Step 4: Try a Different Browser If you are using Chrome, try opening the site in Edge, Firefox, or Safari. This helps us know if the issue is with the website or your computer settings.
