Become a Vendor at the MainStreet Market

The Camrose & District Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome vendors to the return of the MainStreet Market in downtown Camrose!
Join us every Thursday evening from June 18, 2026 through September 24, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, as Main Street comes alive with local makers, growers, artisans, food producers, and small businesses.
Located on 50th Street between 49 Avenue and 50 Avenue, the MainStreet Market is designed to create a vibrant downtown atmosphere, encourage residents and visitors to shop local, and provide a welcoming gathering place for the community.

Vendor Spaces

Vendor Commitment Options & Pricing

Seasonal Commitment Incentive (Minimum 5-Week Commitment)

Vendors committing to a minimum of five (5) consecutive market dates receive preferred pricing and priority placement.

Table Vendors

  • $25 per market

Food Trucks

  • Chamber Members (only): $45 per market
Casual / Occasional Vendor Pricing
For vendors attending fewer than five (5) consecutive markets or booking sporadically.

Table Vendors

  • $35 per market

Food Trucks

  • Chamber Members (only): $60 per market
Please note that vendors are responsible for supplying their own:
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Tent or canopy (if desired)
  • Tent weights (required if using a tent)
  • Lighting (if required)
  • Any equipment needed for operation
No power, water, or utility services are available on site.

Vendor Requirements

To participate in the MainStreet Market, vendors must:
  • Complete the official vendor registration form
  • Receive approval from market management
  • Sell only products approved through the application process
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth space
  • Remain open for the full market hours
  • Follow all market rules and regulations

Food Vendors

All food vendors must:
  • Hold valid Alberta Health Services (AHS) Farmers’ Market or applicable food service approvals
  • Comply with all Alberta Health Services regulations and food safety requirements
  • Provide copies of required permits and certifications upon request
  • Carry and provide proof of liability insurance
  • Name the Camrose & District Chamber of Commerce as an Additional Insured where required
