The Kickin’ Country Parade returns to Downtown Camrose on Thursday, July 30th, 2026, starting at 10:30 a.m., bringing together businesses, community groups, organizations, and residents for a vibrant celebration of creativity, community pride, and country roots.

Whether you’re a local business, non-profit, club, school, or community organization, this is your opportunity to be part of an event that showcases everything that makes Camrose special.

Theme: Western Roots & Country Roads

This year’s theme celebrates the roots of the West and the journeys that connect our communities. Western Roots & Country Roads is all about heritage, hard work, mid-sized city pride, and the roads—literal and symbolic—that bring us together.

Think prairie life, agriculture, ranching, homesteading, country roads, and the blend of Western heritage with modern country living. This theme invites you to tell a story about where we’ve come from and where we’re going—Camrose style.

Parade Entries of All Kinds Welcome!

We welcome a wide variety of parade entries, all inspired by the Western Roots & Country Roads theme. This is your chance to be creative and represent your organization in a fun, memorable way. Entry ideas include (but are not limited to):

• Western or heritage-themed floats

• Agriculture- or rural-inspired entries

• Marching bands and performance groups

• Classic vehicles, tractors, or themed equipment

• Local business entries highlighting country roots

• Community groups and costumed walkers

The more imaginative, the better! Celebrate the spirit, stories, and strength of our Western way of life.

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING

Each Parade Entry MUST Be Submitted Separately

Every individual parade entry requires its own completed registration form.

• If your organization has multiple vehicles, floats, walking groups, or components, each one must be registered as a separate entry

• Submitting one form does NOT cover multiple entries

Failure to submit separate forms may result in delays, rejection, or removal from the parade lineup.

Rules & Regulations – Mandatory Compliance

The Rules and Regulations section of the registration form MUST be read carefully and in full.

By submitting a parade entry, you are confirming that:

• You have read every rule and regulation

• You understand every rule and regulation

• You agree that ALL rules and regulations will be followed completely and without exception

Failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations may result in your entry being removed from the parade at any time, including on parade day.

How to Register

To participate in the 2026 Kickin’ Country Parade, all entries must be registered using the official registration form and fully completed by July 15th at 4:30 p.m.
