During this mission, we will leverage the new Growth and Innovation Partnership announced last June to explore how Canada and the UK can augment its trading relationship and work towards shared goals related to AI, critical minerals, biomanufacturing and overall competitiveness.
Now, more than ever, it’s essential to double down on collaboration and global partnerships. That’s why the Canadian Chamber is leading high-impact international missions in 2025.
These missions will offer Canadian businesses direct access to policymakers and industry leaders, allowing them to tackle key issues head-on and seize new opportunities for growth.
What to Expect
- Length: Missions typically span 1.5 to 3 days. We collaborate with local partners to finalize dates, speakers, and venues, while also incorporating additional opportunities as they arise.
- Program: We create a program with our partners, centred on a specific theme for each mission. The day consists of a mix of roundtable discussions, panel conversations, and briefings from senior leaders – all under Chatham House Rules.
- Delegation Size and Composition: The delegations are typically 10-40 senior leaders from Canadian businesses, associations, and chambers.
- Costs: Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Some meals are provided, but not all.
